All items are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, many people prefer to handwash handmade ceramics in order to protect them over time.

Every item is handmade individually with care. As such, variations in size, shape, and glaze color are natural and expected. Photos are of individual pieces and will help to show variations.

All items will ship 5 business days after your order, unless noted otherwise. Shipping is via UPS, and delivery time depends on the distance and the selected shipping method. 

We take great care when packaging and shipping your items, but damages do occur from time to time. If your item arrives damaged, contact me at debbie@hellbenderclayworks.com ASAP! Please include photos of the damaged items and any damaged packaging.
